Define RAPIDJSON_HAS_CXX11_RVALUE_REFS directly in clang

This makes no difference except that it avoids "warning: macro expansion
producing 'defined' has undefined behavior" messages.

Add filterkey and filterkeydom examples

Also disable copy constructor/assignment operator
