Without this fix, protobuf_generate() sets the variable _generated_srcs to
${protobuf_generate_PROTOC_OUT_DIR}/${_rel_dir}/${_basename}${_ext}
but generates the files in
${protobuf_generate_PROTOC_OUT_DIR}/${_basename}${_ext}
