Env setup for testing package implemented using /etc/profile.d;
Variable with path for all native samples added;
Path for test binaries and test data updated.

Allow to build samples via OpenCV binaries from distribution package
(find_package with OpenCV_DIR).

converted it to abstract interface

glibc defines major and minor macros
which conflict with  gpu::DeviceInfo methods with the same name

now DeviceInfo provides full information about device (from cudaDeviceProp)

Also move cv::linemod to own header
