use `bash` shell instead of `sh`, since on Ubuntu `sh` by default is `dash`,
and `dash` doesn't support `PIPESTATUS` feature used in this sctipt

like cmake -DCUDA_TOOLKIT_ROOT_DIR=... -DCUDA_CUDA_LIBRARY=...
