An extremely rare case where, for numeric reasons bestM finds more inliers than ninliersMax. 
This RARE case causes memory corruption and a nasty seg fault.

Looks like we don't actually use them; when creating precompiled headers
with Visual C++, a dummy .cpp is created at build time.
