This reverts commit fba72cb6, reversing
changes made to 02131ffb.

Made all STL usages explicit to be able automatically find all usages of
particular class or function.

added getParams method to VideoWriter_GPU

removed void integral(const GpuMat& src, GpuMat& sum, GpuMat& sqsum, Stream& stream) - it fails with NPP_NOT_IMPLEMENTED error
updated docs, accuracy and performance tests
