Made all STL usages explicit to be able automatically find all usages of
particular class or function.

- fixed printCudaDeviceInfo for new CC
- fixed some compilation errors and warnings
- removed unset command from CMake script
- removed unused std imports

GoodFeaturesToTrackDetector_GPU fails when no corners found

added getParams method to VideoWriter_GPU

disabled NVidia Visualization test, it's functionality (draw rectangles) doesn't used in gpu module

minor build system changes (now cuda code in opencv_core is compiled using CUDA_ARCH* cmake variables)
