* CUDA_Features2D/FAST Asynchronous test

* cuda_fast : multi stream safety

* Use parallel_for instead of OpenMP

use CV_32FC1 instead of CV_16SC2 since detectAsync uses CV_32FC1
to reallocate the matrix

use new FastFeatureDetector abstract interface and hidden implementation

cudev is used for new device layer

This reverts commit fba72cb6, reversing
changes made to 02131ffb.

Made all STL usages explicit to be able automatically find all usages of
particular class or function.

- fixed printCudaDeviceInfo for new CC
- fixed some compilation errors and warnings
- removed unset command from CMake script
- removed unused std imports
