minor build system changes (now cuda code in opencv_core is compiled using CUDA_ARCH* cmake variables)

Completed findHomography test (source data has type CV_32FC2). In plans add the same checking for vector <Point2f>.

a big patch; use special proxy types (Input/OutputArray, Input/OutputArrayOfArrays) for passing in vectors, matrices etc.

reworked nearly all of the OpenCV tests (except for opencv_gpu tests) - they now use the Google Test engine.
