quickly corrected the previous refactoring of features2d: moved from set(SOME_PROP, val) to setSomeProp(val)

CV_CAP_PROP_SUPPORTED_PREVIEW_SIZES_STRING property is not supported

on Android and desktop to prevent binary compatibility issues.
