* Fixed parse error in bibliography

* Removed extra curly braces

* harmonized whitespace

* changed organisation -> publisher where appropriate. Organisation is intended as the author's organisation, not the publishing.

* harmonized capitalisation and whitespace

* Add links to about 1/3 of references
