Audio-CD input device based on cdio.
To enable this input device during configuration you need libcdio
installed on your system.
This device allows playing and grabbing from an Audio-CD.
For example to copy with @command{ffmpeg} the entire Audio-CD in /dev/sr0,
you may run the command:
