A compatibility layer is provided to ease migration.

Add asBytes() and asChars() methods to array classes to reinterpret-cast to bytes / chars, since this happens all the time and is otherwise a huge pain.

Use the new methods in a bunch of places.

For portions currently copyright by Kenton (most of it), transfer copyright to Sandstorm Development Group, Inc. (Kenton's company).

The license change is practically meaningless, as MIT and BSD 2-clause are legally equivalent. However, the BSD 2-clause license is sometimes confused for its ugly siblings, BSD 3-clause and BSD 4-clause. The MIT license is more immediately recognizeable for what it is.

Remove 'has' for primitive fields.  Dynamic version always returns true.  This also means that primitives are always included in text format, even if they are default-valued.

Rename non-group again, now to 'slot', which is much nicer.  Also introduce fixed lists as a third kind of field (but not implemented yet).

Require a colon before 'group' or 'union' except for unnamed unions as well as the legacy case of a named union with an ordinal (where the colon is optional).

New method isFoo() exists for union fields only and returns true if foo is the active union field.

Pull TextBlob out of capnpc-capnp and into KJ as kj::StringTree.  Use it in the stringification code to make that code cleaner and avoid using iostreams.

Refactor compiler binary into a multi-tool with sub-commands like 'compile' and 'decode'.  The latter dynamically decodes binary input to text based on a provided schema file.

Complete C++ .capnp parser.  Also, add a pretty-printing function for arbitrary Cap'n Proto objects which is like the existing stringification but uses whitespace (newlines an indentation) to make the structures more readable.

Improve const-correctness of readers and builders.  We enforce transitive constness, meaning you should not be able to construct a mutable Builder from a const Builder (you can always convert them to Readers instead).
